Residential Security

Our Residential Security Officers (RSOs) are deployed at HOAs, Gated Communities. RSOs perform several functions such as Gate Control (where applicable), Property Patrols of the Exterior as well as the Patrols Inside the Residential Complex.

• Gate/entrance security protocols
• Customer service emphasis, ensuring Security with excellent Customer Service
• Outside / Perimeter Patrols
• Monitoring for Suspicious Person(s), Vehicle(s,) or, Suspicious activity, on the Residential complex grounds
• Monitoring for unsecured residence
• Mail box tampering
• Suspicious packages on the Residential complex, either on the property, or on or near the Residents’ Homes
• Illegally parked vehicles or unauthorized vehicles
• Monitoring for property fence breaches.
• Assisting First Responders

Commercial Security

First impressions are vital. Our Lobby Service Ambassadors (LSAs) wear several Hats. They have a Security mindset, as well as Service mindset, so that they can be the best Security & Service Ambassadors for our Clients.

Our LSAs are trained to not just in the discharge of their Security functions, but are also trained to deal with Visitors, Vendors, as well as the Client or Clients (Tenants of the building) as the case may be.

• Answering and responding to incoming calls
• Greeting Visitors and Tenants
• Visitor check-in/sign-in, Badging
• Directing visitors
• Escorting Visitors with a Positive handoff
• Communicating / addressing Building emergencies - fire or other emergencies
• Suspicious packages on the Residential complex, either on the property, or on or near the Residents’ Homes
• Interior & Exterior Patrols
• Monitoring CCTV systems
• Alarm Response – Fire and other Emergency Alarms

Warehouse Security

Our Security Officers are a highly visible deterrent, trained in:

• Access Control – Gate Control, Checking In & Out, People and Vehicles
• Monitoring for unauthorized entry
• Loss prevention – monitoring for theft
• Property security – monitoring for Vandalism
• Property Patrols (Exterior & Interior)
• Alarm monitoring & Response

School Security Services

Our School Security Officers (SSOs) are a critical arsenal in keeping our Children and Staff safe at School, as well as protecting School Property.

Our SSOs are trained in dealing with children, parents, visitors, and vendors.

SSOs are trained in:

• Reception / Front Desk – Checking-In, Escorting Visitors
• Children Drop off, and pick up time training (Parking, Traffic control)
• School Interior patrols
• Monitoring Students and enforcing School’s safety rules. Looking out for Students’ conflicts, Bullying, Possible gang activity, Unauthorized or Suspicious Persons
• Outside / Perimeter Patrols - Monitoring Person(s), Vehicle(s) on or near school property, for Suspicious activity
• Monitoring & Reporting for illegal substances found on property
• Trained in responding to emergencies, working with first responders - Law enforcement, and others
